Course Detail: MIN2 - Self Compassion: Making Friends with Change using Mindfulness and Meditation

Join us as we use teaching, contemplating and meditating to explore self-compassion. Everything changes. That is the nature of reality. It doesn't matter how "good" you are or how "bad" you are. Change happens. Sometimes change brings you joy, sometimes change brings you sadness. In this class, we explore how to cultivate unconditional friendliness toward yourself regardless of what that change looks like.
