Course Detail: SWKE - Reflective Practice: Supporting Others with Curiosity and Connection
This training introduces Reflective Practice as a supportive supervision approach for clinical staff. Participants will learn how reflective questions, attuned listening, and curiosity can help someone process their work, strengthen self-awareness, improve clinical decision-making, and sustain resilience.
Specific learning objectives: By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
- Define reflective practice in clinical settings.
- Identify ways reflective practice supports self-awareness and decision-making.
- Use reflective questions to support growth and resilience.
