Biography: Petra Pankow (MA, University of Freiburg, Germany) is a museum educator and independent art professional with a special interest in the intersections between modern and contemporary art, cultural history, and artistic process. She served as Director of Education at the Montclair Art Museum and Associate Director of Education Programs at the Museum of Arts and Design. In addition, she has developed interpretive materials and facilitated programs for adult, school, and family audiences at many arts institutions, including Japan Society, the Guggenheim, MoMA, and the Drawing Center.
