As AI transforms the landscape of product design, today's designer must balance creative intent with technological fluency. This advanced course builds on a foundational understanding of Figma and introduces students to AI-assisted design, where automation, logic, and creativity intersect.

Students will explore Figma Variables (color, number, string, and boolean) to create adaptive, multi-state prototypes that simulate real-world functionality. They will also experiment with Figma's emerging AI tools, including Figma Make, to accelerate ideation, generate content, and refine design systems. Through a hands-on project and guided experiments, students will learn how to integrate AI into their design process to enhance speed, precision, and innovation.

By the end of the 12-session course, each student will produce a polished, data-informed prototype demonstrating expertise in advanced Figma techniques and AI-integrated workflows which is an ideal addition to a professional UX portfolio.

Prerequisite: Figma for UX/UI or equivalent experience is recommended.
