Biography: Marisol Estevez is the managing partner for Shuster & Saben's Miami office. Marisol's strength is in her representation of medical providers and injured victims in PIP and personal injury cases throughout Florida. While at Shuster & Saben, Marisol has recovered millions of dollars from auto insurance companies underpaying medical bills. Marisol Estevez graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2004. While at the University of Miami, Marisol served as Executive Vice-President of the Moot Court Board and was awarded the Dean's Merit Scholarship Award. She was also a judicial intern for the Honorable Adalberto Jordan of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Prior to joining Shuster & Saben in 2009, Marisol was a trial attorney for the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where she represented victims of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, and disability discrimination. Prior to her career as an attorney, Marisol served in the United States Marine Corps as an Air Traffic Control Tower Supervisor. During her enlistment, Marisol served with ATC Detachment Bravo in Rock Hampton, Australia and ATC Detachment Alpha in Okinawa, Japan. She was awarded numerous commendations, including a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal and received a Navy Unit Commendation. Marisol is a rifle sharpshooter and a 9mm pistol marksman. Marisol was honorably discharged in November 2000 as a Staff Sergeant. Marisol has been recognized for her work with the Make-a-Wish Foundation of America, United Way, and American Cancer Society. Marisol organizes annual Shuster & Saben charity events, including our toy drive with the United States Marine Corps and with the Miami VA Hospital. Marisol is fluent in Spanish.

Biography: Dr. Lehman is a board-certified, chiropractic orthopedist, tenured, associate professor of Clinical Sciences, and director of the only three-year, full-time neuromusculoskeletal medicine residency program leading to board certification as a chiropractic orthopedist. He has taught post-graduate chiropractic orthopedics since 1998. Lehman has been recognized as Academician of the Year by the American Chiropractic Association and Professor of the Year by the University of Bridgeport, School of Chiropractic. Currently, Lehman is the Director of the University of Bridgeport Clinics and the Community Health Clinical Education Department. He provided sports medicine, clinical rotations for fourth-year chiropractic students with the Bridgeport Bluefish professional baseball team for 10 years. While practicing in New Mexico, he mentored fourth-year University of New Mexico medical students. Currently, Lehman is credentialed as a chiropractic specialist with the Community Health Center, Inc. of Middletown, Connecticut.

Biography: Dr.Mirtz is currently an Associate Professor and Chair of the Department ofSecondary and Physical Education at Bethune-Cookman University in DaytonaBeach, Florida. His area of teaching expertise is Biomechanics/Kinesiology, Adapted PhysicalEducation, Motor Learning and Development and Elementary Physical EducationMethods. Dr. Mirtz also possesses specialized background in health/exercisescience, clinical sciences, health education, and preventive medicine/publichealth. Currently, he is teaching Exercise Physiology, Pathophysiology ofExercise, and Kinesiology/Biomechanics and Senior Research Seminar and haspreviously taught Motor Learning and Development, Adapted Physical Education,and Introduction to Sports Medicine. He has also taught Elementary PhysicalEducation Methods and Care & Prevention of Athletic Injuries.
Dr. Mirtz's research interests cover three areas: child physical activity,physical education methods and alternative health methods. Currently, he is workingwith the College of Health Sciences with the Disparities in Arthritis Pain andPhysical Activity (DAPPA). He is also the Director of the Motor SkillsEducation Program & Clinic.
Dr. Mirtz has taught in higher education since 2004 and has experience teachingelementary and secondary PE in charter public schools and private Christianelementary schools as well as serving as an adapted physical educator forcommunity based educational organizations along with being a PE TeacherEducation coordinator. He also teaches post-graduate continuing educationthrough the Florida Chiropractic Physician's Association. Topics presentedinclude "cardiopathology", "neuroplasticity and pain" and"clinical approaches to working with individuals with disabilities".
