Biography: Beth Antoine brings 13 years of athletic training experience to her current fellowship position at Northwestern Health Sciences University, and has received her MS in Sports Psychology (Minnesota State University, Mankato 2010) and MHS in Clinical Nutrition (NWHSU 2018)and Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University(2015). In her current position as the FICS Education Commission Fellow, her primary focus is the development of new educational material for FICS and NWHSU. Her research centers on the relationship between concussion and psychiatric disorders and the long-term impact on the individual. This research will allow her to link together her work as a practitioner and her passion for Sport Psychology.

Biography: Timothy Stark, MPhil, DC, DACBSP, ICCSP, CSCS, EMT, FICC originally from North Dakota, completed a bachelors degree in 1990 at North Dakota State University in Exercise Physiology and then went on to Northwestern College of Chiropractic where he completed his DC degree and subsequently pioneered an American residency in the specialty of Sports Injuries and Rehabilitation. He practiced in West Fargo, ND for almost ten years before moving his family to Australia to assist with the development of a new chiropractic program at Murdoch University. This new School of Chiropractic and Sports Science allowed opportunities to instruct Physical Rehabilitation, Clinical Orthopedics, Clinical Neurology, Physiotherapeutics and Applied Clinical Nutrition courses. He was also the Chair of the post-graduate and graduate program including the Masters of Sports Science. While in Australia, he contributed to the development of a sister program in Japan. His publications are on the topics of physical rehabilitation and strength and conditioning. His current research efforts are directed toward Human Performance and Rehabilitation and addressing specifically recovery, injury prevention and performance enhancement. In the last five years he has transitioned from being a full-time lecturer and Chair of the Clinical Sciences Department at National University of Health Sciences, to the Dean of the College of Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University (NWHSU), and now is the Director of the Human Performance Center at NWHSU. He coordinated the post-graduate educational programs at NWHSU for the specialties of Sports Chiropractic and Physical Rehabilitation for the past twenty years. He is also the Chair of Education Commission for the Federation of International Sports Chiropractic (FICS). In 2017, Dr. Stark was awarded by the American Chiropractic Association (ACA) the Academician of the Year and by the ACA Sports Council the Sports Chiropractor of the Year.

Biography: A native of Burnsville, Minn., Stebleton lives in Edina, Minn., and has two sons, Rowan and Loic. Stebleton is a Certified Clinical Nutritionist (CCN), a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES). He lectures throughout the Twin Cities to doctors and health enthusiasts alike.

Biography: Craig Couillard D.C., CMT, CCSP®, ICSC, CSCS, CPT, CES, PES,CNC is the owner of Lake Marion Chiropractic Center, which was established in2 001. He is a licensed doctor of chiropractic who graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2000. He has an undergraduate bachelor of science degree in human biology and a massage therapy degree from the Minnesota School of Business. Dr. Couillard earned a certification in sports medicine from the American Board of Sports Physicians (ACBSP). This certification titles him as a certified chiropractic sports physician. He has traveled internationally with FICS (Federation Internationle de Chiropractique du Sport). He has traveled to Italy, Poland and Greece treating Olympic caliber athletes. He is the team Chiropractor for the St. Paul Saints, Hamline University and Shattock-St. Mary's Athletics.
He is a master instructor for the National Academy of Sport Medicine (NASM). He holds the CPT, CES, PES and CNC certifications with NASM. He holds the CSCS certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. In 2018, Dr. Couillard served as the President for the Minnesota Chiropractic Association (MCA) and was the 2019 MCA Chiropractor of the Year and received the 2014 MCA Outstanding Educator Award.

Biography: Dr. Melissa MacDonald is a graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic. She then spent two years of specialty training in the Human Performance Center where she focused her research and clinical skills on specific testing and treatment protocols. Additionally, Dr. Mac served as the team Clinician for the Minnesota Vixen, a professional women's football team that won the conference championship in 2018. She recently traveled to the World Championship of Rowing to provide care for the athletes in Sarasota, FL. Dr. Mac is the American Chiropractic Association Sport Council coordinator for the state of Wisconsin and is working on providing the highest level of care to athletic events. Dr. Mac has achieved both international and national certification as a chiropractic sport provider. She is a faculty member at Northwestern Health Sciences University where she teaches Emergency Procedures. She is a speaker on sports chiropractic issues in the United States as well as abroad.

Biography: Dr. Brett Martin is a chiropractor with a Master of Science in Acupuncture. He is a graduate of the National University of Health Sciences. He also has a Master of Public Health degree. He has published several journal articles. Many of these articles are available online through the National Library of Medicine (NIH). He gained clinical experience as an intern in the Salvation Army Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation center, Martin Chiropractic Clinic (a family practice), a post-traumatic stress disorder clinic, Living Well Cancer Resource Center, John Stroger Hospital Pain Management Department, in private practice at the National University of Health Sciences Whole Health Clinic in Pinellas Park, FL and is the acting Chief Clinician of the Veteran's Clinic since September of 2018. Dr. Martin is currently lecturing for National University of Health Sciences as an instructor of Human Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry, Toxicology, Evaluation of the Modern Diet, Nutritional Biochemistry, Botanical Medicine I and II and the Acupuncture certification program. He has taught Anatomy and Physiology I and II lecture and lab, Biochemistry, Nutrition and Biology as an adjunct for Purdue University Global, St. Petersburg College and Georgia Military College.
