Dr. Mick is a board-certified chiropractic radiologist,educator and author, with more than 30 years of experience. He earned hisdoctor of chiropractic from Northwestern College of Chiropractic (NWCC) in 1986and completed his radiology residency at Los Angeles College of Chiropractic(LACC). Dr. Mick then led the NWCC radiology department for 17 years,developing one of the first campus-based chiropractic radiological consultationservices and also initiated and directed the radiology residency atNorthwestern. Since 2007, Dr. Mick has been in fulltime clinical radiologypractice with Center for Diagnostic Imaging (now RAYUS Radiology).

Dr. Mick is a past President of the American ChiropracticCollege of Radiology, American Chiropractic Board of Radiology and AmericanChiropractic Association's Council on Diagnostic Imaging. He has served as aconsultant for the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, Minnesota Board ofChiropractic Examiners and Academy of Chiropractic Orthopedists and has alsoserved on multiple editorial boards and review panels for professionaljournals, as well as authoring multiple journal articles and textbook chapters.Dr. Mick has received the NWCC Faculty Award for Excellence in ClinicalPractice, Minnesota Chiropractic Association Educator of the Year and MinnesotaChiropractic Association President's Award.

Dr. Aditya Vedantam is a board certified, fellowship trained neurosurgeon. He attended medical school at the Christian Medical College and Hospital in Vellore, India and graduated at the top of his class. He then spent 2 years as a postdoctoral research fellow at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI studying advanced MRI techniques to evaluate spinal cord disease. He completed his neurosurgery residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX, and then completed a fellowship in Minimally Invasive and Complex Spine Surgery at the University of Miami in Miami, FL.

Dr. Vedantam is returning to Milwaukee and will continue to pursue his research interests, which include the use of novel MRI techniques and tools to improve care for patients with spinal disorders. He has performed extensive research in the field of spine MRI and has won multiple national and institutional awards for his work. He has published over 50 peer-reviewed scientific manuscripts. His goal is to use his research efforts in the laboratory to enhance the lives of patients in the clinic. Dr. Vedantam performs surgery for a variety of spinal conditions and has special expertise in minimally-invasive surgical techniques.

Tracy Gallenberger is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in the Department of Neurosurgery. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Alverno College, Milwaukee WI, in 2010 and her Master's Degree in Nursing from Alverno College, Milwaukee WI, in 2021. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Tracy worked at Froedtert Hospital as a registered nurse for 11 years on the Trauma floor and in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit. She joined the Department of Neurosurgery in August 2021. Tracy is nationally board certified and licensed as a nurse practitioner in the state of Wisconsin. She is also a member of the American Nursing Association. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and dog. They enjoy camping and cheering on the Green Bay Packers

Tracy's practice involves caring for patients in both inpatient and clinic settings. She sees patients for a variety of back and neck problems, and also provides post-operative care following spine surgery. Tracy sees patients at the Spine Care Clinic in Wauwatosa, as well as in the Neurosciences Clinic at Froedtert Hospital. She enjoys getting to know her patients, educating them on their new diagnosis, and developing a treatment plan with them.
