Exhibitor Registration

As a valued supporter of chiropractic, we invite you to exhibit at the Final Chiro Countdown Seminar. We attract doctors of chiropractic from the 5-state area (MN, IA, ND, SD, WI).

Our exhibitor area is centrally located outside of the main auditorium and dining areas, so participants will frequently be walking through and taking breaks in the area.

Conference Schedule

Fri., Dec. 5, 2025: 1 p.m. - 7 p.m. (last break at 4:40-5:10 pm)
Sat., Dec. 6, 2025: 9 a.m. - 5:50 p.m. (last break 2:40-3:10 pm)
Sun., Dec. 7, 2025: 8 a.m. - 1:35 p.m. (last break 9:40-10:10 am)

• $399 plus $35 - optional tablecloth rental

• One 8-foot table/2 chairs/wastebasket

Security

Security will be on duty during non-exhibit hours; however, it is expressly agreed that Northwestern shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to goods or property of any exhibitor, prior to, during or subsequent to the time of exhibition. Exhibitors are responsible for their own property.

Cancellation/Refusal

We reserve the right, with or without cause, to reassign or cancel space at any time before the event; or to restrict an exhibit, which in our judgment is detrimental or detracts from the general order of the exhibits.

Giveaways

Exhibitors may provide small promotional items to distribute to anyone visiting the exhibitor's booth. Examples of approved giveaways: pens/pencils, key chains, caps/visors, stress balls, water bottles, t-shirts/polo shirts or product samples. Food items, including candy, may be distributed if individually wrapped or in individual serving containers. 

Soliciting

Non-exhibitors or representatives of non-exhibiting companies will not be permitted to canvass or solicit business in the exhibit area. Always wear your exhibitor badge while on campus.
