PNO - Practical Neurology of the VSC and Advanced Drop Technique

This session will develop a practical understanding of the potential causes of the Vertebral Subluxation Complex (VSC) and the negative effects it has on the body. The VSC's proposed aberrant effects on proprioception, nociception and the stress response will be discussed in great detail. Dr. Minardi will consult and guide each doctor on how to apply this information to better educate the parents in your practice.

Furthermore, Dr. John will mentor our doctors in Minardi Integrated Systems, an incorporation of Thompson Technique and advanced drop piece analyses, procedures and corrections. This hands-on portion will be practiced during the session. The effects of each adjustment will be tied back to the neurology of the VSC to ensure your ability to explain how chiropractic improves a child's health and wellbeing.

Course Goal
For attendees to be able to educate the parents in their practice on the neurological implications that Vertebral Subluxation Complex (VSC) has on their child's overall health. In addition, to apply a working understanding of Thompson Technique and Minardi Integrated Systems into practice.

What to Bring:
Please bring a headpiece (if available) and a baby doll. Any type of baby doll, other than a Barbie (too small) or Cabbage Patch Kid (no neck), is acceptable.
