ACU10 - Using Acupuncture to Treat Common Digestive Disorders

Develop strategies to diagnose and treat common digestive complaints. Learn to use local and distal points to treat root causes of disease in stomach pain, reflux, constipation and diarrhea. Become proficient at diagnosis of the most common patterns dealing with these issues. Treatment will include acupuncture and needle stimulation, basic herbal formulas, and ancillary techniques.

Biography:

Deborah Zurcher, DC, L.Ac. has been a chiropractor since 1997 and returned to Northwestern to receive her Masters in Acupuncture in 2012. Since 2003, she has had her own multi-disciplinary practice in Prior Lake, MN. Helping with the chiropractic acupuncture course at Northwestern with Peter Lichtenstein has lead to teaching Continuing Education through Northwestern and Dan Dock Seminars. Teaching is a passion for her and she strives to make her talks relevant to the doctor for use in their every day practice life.
