No image available Biography: Dr. Alexander Ruhe has worked at the Chiropractic Clinic Wolfsburg, Germany since 2007. Apart from treating sports specific injuries in everyday practice, Alexander Ruhe was selected for the FICS delegation providing chiropractic care during the World Games 2009 and 2017. 

At a national level, he is the team chiropractor for the first league ice hockey team "Grizzly's Wolfsburg". Since taking office as general secretary of the German Sports Chiropractic Council in 2008, he concentrates on establishing and promoting sports chiropractic services in recreational and professional sports. 

His doctoral studies were primarily concerned with clinical biomechanics and the effect of pain on human posture and postural stability. He is dedicated to the use of ultrasound diagnostics complementing the clinical examination of the musculoskeletal system in order to offer targeted and effective treatment options. 

In addition to his work in clinic, he lectures nationally and internationally on topics such as biomechanics and sports chiropractic. He is also engaged in inter-disciplinary research projects and author of peer-reviewed scientific publications on various topics.
