Instructor: Erica Milburn

Biography: Dr. Erica Milburn is a sports chiropractic resident at Northwestern Health Sciences University's Human Performance Center. A 2023 graduate of Parker University, she holds both a Doctor of Chiropractic and a Master's in Strength and Human Performance. At Northwestern, Dr. Milburn serves as team clinician for the Minnesota Vixen of the Women's Football Alliance. In HPC Clinics both on campus and off, she focuses on helping athletes & active people overcome injury, build physical resilience and perform their best. Beyond her residency, she provides sports medicine coverage for National Collegiate Taekwondo and USA Fencing, bringing her expertise to athletes competing at the highest levels. Passionate about advancing sports chiropractic, Dr. Milburn is committed to promoting athlete health and performance at all levels.
