DICS25 - Diagnostic Imaging: Case Studies & Clinical Corrections
This lecture will cover diagnostic imaging of a variety of abnormalities of the spine and extremities, with clinical correlations. Cases are gleaned from Dr. Mick's 35+ year radiology practice, serving his chiropractic colleagues across the US and in other countries. Our conversation will include discussing optimal selection of imaging exams and assurance of optimal interpretation of the exams. This will be a case-based conversation, including x-rays and advanced imaging, with opportunities for Q & A throughout the lecture and will include both frequently encountered "horses" and less often seen "zebras" that you may encounter, with both x-rays and advanced imaging. The course is designed to hold attendees' interest and help them be as great as they can be in serving their patients in clinical practices, emphasizing the importance of a strong clinician-radiologist relationship and teamwork in providing optimal patient care.
