As we are living (and working) longer, we will look at the changing role of older persons today. Introduction to topics in the field of Elder law, including: advance planning for legal matters; Medicare, Medicaid and supplemental health insurance; long term care and various types of nursing home; funeral planning; issues to consider when working with the elderly and with family members. 1 Credit
