Home Inspection Module 4 (25 Hours) (Code#P-0149)

Module four covers license law; code of ethics; standards of practice; overview of the profession; pre-inspection agreement; elements of a contract; liability issues; safety concerns; and report writing, including checklist, narrative, and forms. It can be taken at any time in the program.
