Lake Region State College's North Dakota Department of Health-approved non-credit 80-hour nurse assistant training program provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to gain employment as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA). Programming consists of a combination of nurse assistant theory, lab and 16 hours of simulated clinical instruction. This hybrid training program consists of a combination of 4 weeks of online Nurse Assistant theory coursework in addition to 32 hours of face-to-face lab and clinical instruction.
