LPN IV Therapy Certification for DNP ADN Students
DNP ADN students registered for the LPN IV Therapy Assignment will be enrolled in the LPN IV Certification for ADN Students course on Blackboard within 1-3 business days. Following successful completion of the assignment, students will be emailed a copy of their IV certificate from TrainND Northeast of Lake Region State College (contact email: lrsc.trainnd@lrsc.edu and phone: 701-662-1578).

Once you receive your workbooks, please read and complete the questions in each chapter. When you are finished with the books, call our office at 1-701-662-1578 or toll free at 1-800-443-1313 ext 21578 to let us know. A nurse will be assigned to you. Your nurse will reach out to you to set up a time to meet with you.
