Course Description:

This dynamic three-day training is designed to prepare individuals for supervisory and leadership roles.  Through practical insights and real-world strategies, attendees will learn how to foster inclusive, equitable workplaces while strengthening leadership presence and building trust within their teams.

·         Key labor laws, including ADA, FM LA, and FLSA, and how to navigate the regulatory environment.
