Biography:

Desiree J. Williams earned a Master of Health Services Administrationand B.S. in Health Care Leadership from National Louis University. She has morethan 20 years of experience in healthcare operations.  Her experience includes revenue cycle management,forecasting, billing, and measuring key performance indicators (KPI) acrossdepartments.  She has managed all aspectsof healthcare management including accounts receivable and payable, humanresources, supply chain and payroll.   

Desiree has been a key player in Lean Six Sigma projects atvarious institutions which includes standardization of frontline andback-office staff.  She is affiliatedwith the following organizations: American College of Healthcare Executives(ACHE), Chicago Health Executive Forum (CHEF), National Association of HealthServices and Executives (NAHSE) and National Association of Healthcare AccessManagement (NAHAM).  She received herLean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt from Governors State University.
