Biography: Judy Ferneau is an IT Manager of Communications, Documentation, and Training at Governors State University. Judy believes communications is a vital ingredient for the success of any person or institution. Judy trained many individuals in a customer service workshop and taught the Mastering College Course to freshmen students. Judy holds a Master's in Communications and Training from Governors State University. Throughout her career, she has earned awards for Going the Extra Mile, Bright Idea, and Employee of the Month. |
