Trip Overview
Join Georgia Southern University for an unforgettable experience in the heart of Tuscany. Taste, tour, and learn as you dive into Italian culture with language classes, cooking lessons, and guided explorations of Siena, Florence, and the surrounding countryside.

Cost Details:

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits are non-refundable. In the event that Georgia Southern has to cancel the trip, all deposits will be fully refunded.
- Cancellations must be received by July 1, 2025.
- From time of booking to:
- 4 months before departure: 100% refund minus deposit
- 2 months prior to departure: 50% refund minus deposit, substitutions available
- Less than 2 months prior: No refund available, substitutions cannot include airfare
Passport Requirements:
- To enter Italy, you will need a valid passport or other travel document:
- Validity: Must be valid for at least 3 months beyond the intended departure date (preferably 6 months)
- Pages: Requires at least two blank pages for entry and exit stamps
- Issue Date: Must have been issued within the past ten years
Additional Information:
- If you choose to arrange your own flights, you will need to ensure that you can meet the group either at Amerigo Vespucci Airport or Santa Maria Novella Train Station in Florence.
- Open to learners 18 years of age and older.
- A minimum of 6 registrations is needed for this adventure.
- Please do not make any flight arrangements until you receive confirmation from us that the program has met the required number of registrations.
