Fundamentals of Networking Technology

Instruction in networking technologies and their implementation. Topics include the OSI reference model, network protocols, transmission media, and networking hardware and software. Students must enroll concurrently in all three classes: ITSC 1025, ITSC 1044, and ITNW 1025.

Help Desk: Customer Service Skills
