Course Detail: CE-2141 - Workload and Management Staffing


Workload Management and Staffing is designed to help managers determine staffing needs for the corporate flight department by assessing workloads to make efficient use of corporate assets. This course is part of our Corporate Aviation Management Certificate (CAMC) program.
