Biography: Stephanie Douglas, Ph.D. is a professor in the Management and Technology Department with the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University College of Business. She teaches courses in leadership, change management, strategic decision-making, and organizational resilience. Her research focuses on organizational effectiveness, systemic leadership development, organizational resilience, strategic change management, and human capital management strategy. She has been published in the International Journal of Aerospace Psychology, Journal of Marketing Analytics, Development and Learning in Organizations and Strategic HR Review. Through various organizational partnerships, Dr. Douglas also serves as an organization development and change management consultant focused strategic organizational transformations to optimize human capital, organizational resilience, and improve organizational effectiveness. She has worked with private and commercial aviation sectors, Fortune 500 companies, as well as non-profit organizations and military units. |
