Course Detail: CE-2145 - Compensation and Reward Programs

Overview

Compensation and Rewards Programs is designed for managerial personnel who will evaluate compensation for the corporate flight department using bench-marking surveys and consider corporate policy and total compensation packages to attract and retain employees. Course participants also learn how to respond to employee performance by rewarding or disciplining in order to maximize the effectiveness of the department. This course is part of our Corporate Aviation Management Certificate (CAMC) program.
