Course Detail: CE-2144 - Performance Reviews and Feedback Systems


Performance Reviews and Feedback Systems is designed for corporate flight department personnel to supply the skills and knowledge needed in conducting regular performance reviews. The course discusses establishing appropriate goals for all employees consistent with department objectives and evaluating progress in order to maximize employee performance. This course is part of our Corporate Aviation Management Certificate (CAMC) program.
