Learning ukulele is easy when you already know the songs. Make your days merry and bright by learning holiday standards in a supportive environment inwhich everyone sings and plays together. Our final class may also include some caroling! For brand-new to beginning players. Requires a soprano ukulele(it's the little one) and a clip-on tuner (such as a Snark or Intellitouch).

This is a beginning dance course exploring both classical modern dance technique and contemporary dance forms. It is a great way to get exercise whilealso becoming more in touch with your body and self-expression. The course will also involve historic information regarding the dance techniques explored.Traditional dance clothing can be worn but is not required. Typically modern dance is done with bare feet. All you need are clothes you can comfortablymove in, an open mind, and a desire to feel good by expressing yourself through movement!

Experience how fun and easy Korean dance can be. Join us as we learn traditional Korean dance skills that are steeped in the culture, traditions and history of the Korean people. The class will focus on expression through movement, both structured and creative. You will develop greater control, flexibility and strength of breathing as you learn the Korean basic dance style called "Gibon" and the traditional Korean fan dance. You will also learn to dance to Arirang, a popular form of Korean folk song.

This course is for the beginner as well as the intermediate who is looking to learn more about the booming drone industry.We will cover the current state of the technology, practical uses, regulations, and the future of the industry. This course will give you hands-on training and provide you all of the principles you'll need to know in order to operate drones in a manner that's SAFE, LEGAL, and FUN.

Qi Gong (Chi Gung) is a Chinese practice blending mental focus, body movement, and breathing. Participants will practice a popular modern form, Zhi Neng Gong, to enhance inner awareness, circulation, and immune function.

Purposeful and flowing, a slow motion choreography based on martial arts movement, T'ai Chi Ch'uan integrates mind and body while teaching balance,grace and flexibility. Practiced with awareness and without strain or force, it is a no-impact exercise that can be practiced anywhere, anytime and withoutspecial equipment or clothing. Ideal for adults of all ages.

Fly Fishing 101 is a course for the beginner, as well as the intermediate, interested in learning more about the art of fly fishing. This course will cover all aspects of the sport from the history of fly fishing to the equipment needed to get started in the sport. Topics covered during thiscourse will include: fish, entomology, water, conservation and etiquette. Participants have the opportunity to learn about both wet and dry flies. Students will receive information about how to buy that first fly rod and reel and howto maintain fly fishing equipment that they already own. Participants will also get hands on training on how to tie fly fishing knots used while on the water as well as how to rig a fly rod for fishing different types of flies. All equipmentwill be provided.

Learn more about the art of casting a fly rod. This course will cover the basic casts needed to get started in the sport. Topics covered during this coursewill include becoming proficient with the overhead and roll casts. Students will receive hands on instruction on these casts. The course will provide the equipment you will need.
