Yoga for Active Seniors

This course is perfect for seniors who want to add more strength and stability to their movements. We'll utilize balance and strengthening yoga postures to keep your body safe and mobile during your daily routines. With a gentle practice using props and chairs, we'll focus on foundational postures and breathwork to ease tension, promote flexibility and enhance strength. No prior yoga experience is necessary, so come as you are, wearing comfortable clothes you can move in. Let's embrace the rejuvenating benefits of yoga together!

*Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring a yoga mat and/or blanket.
