This is our 13th annual event. The past eleven years we have had approximately 130 seniors and professionals attend. We will have workshops throughout the day. Booths will be open to attendees 8:00am-4:30pm on Friday, April 14.  The conference will be held at Wichita State's Metropolitan Complex located at 5015 East 29th Street North, Wichita, KS.

Vendor Information
Registration includes 1 6' x 18" table, 2 chairs and up to 2 lunches. Additional tables and lunches can be purchased at the time of registration. WIFI is available at the conference location. Electrical outlets are not available at the conference location.

Cancellation Policy
Failure to exhibit does not constitute notice of cancellation. Cancellation must be in writing. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. A 15% administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations (this includes unpaid purchase orders.) There will be no refunds after April 1, 2023. In the event of Positive Aging Day being canceled due to fire, strikes, government regulations, acts of God, or other causes beyond their control, the Positive Aging Day Organizers shall not be held liable for failure to hold Positive Aging Day as scheduled, and the Positive Aging Day Organizers shall determine the amount of exhibit fees to be refunded.
