Water Flow, 1 day camp, 6th - 10th graders
A water flow is essential to daily living, engineering, environment, and food production systems to name a few. The water flow is influenced by various things including pressure, temperature, tube size, surface structure, wettability, and gravity. In this summer camp, students will learn basic knowledge of water flow including relevant scientific terminologies, and water flows control methods while working on a series of hands-on science experiments. The students will also get a chance to build and test a basic water flow control system working toward engineering environmental systems. This summer camp is open to the public who is interested in the STEM fields.
