Training Information: CED-0800 - Electrical 1

This level is an introduction to the Electrical trade in Vermont. Material covered includes electrical theory, safety, hazards on the job, an introduction to conduit bending, motors, electrical calculations, and a primary focus on residential electrical wiring. Students are also introduced to the NFPA 70, which is the safety/design manual that is utilized by electricians in the US.
