Training Information: CED-0579 - Customer Service Excellence

Move beyond the standard customer service training and get recognized for implementing and achieving guest service best practices.

This entry-level training is excellent for those new to guest service roles or seasoned front-line staffers looking for a refresher.

Participants can earn the Certificate of Customer Service Excellence from the American Hotel and Lodging Association upon successful completion of the training and assessment.
