Training Information: CED-0576 - AIARE 1 Avalanche Training
The AIARE 1 is a hybrid 24-hour introduction to using decision-making tools to help a group manage risk while traveling in avalanche terrain.

Learn the critical skills needed to prepare for and carry out a backcountry trip, understand fundamental decision-making while in the field, and master rescue techniques to find and dig up a person buried by an avalanche.
Taught using a hybrid approach of online and in-person. There are two Zoom sessions and two days in the field on the snow.
