Training Information: CED-0575 - Introduction to Ascension Tree Climbing
An introduction to the basic skills needed to become an arborist. Using the Double-Rope Technique (DRT), you'll learn about friction hitches to ascend a tree with spurless climbing.

IMPORTANT:
- Registration closes two weeks before the training start date. Any registrations from the initial close up to 5 days before the start will be assessed a $50 late registration fee.
- No registrations within five days of the training.
- Any cancelations within 14 days of starting will be assessed a $75 cancelation fee.
- There will be no refunds given for no-shows.

- If you have been awarded a VSAC ADVANCEMENT GRANT or are using an AMERICORPS SEGAL AWARD, please email Workforce Innovation with your name, the training you want to register for, and the type of award. Someone will be in touch with the registration's next steps.
