Training Information: CED-0569 - Applied Agronomy for Agricultural Service Providers

An introductory survey of topics including soils, crop management, nutrient management, and grazing. Applied sciences such as interpreting soil tests, reading forage tests, understanding the 4 R's of nutrient use, learning plant identification, determining stocking rate and paddock size calculations in grazing systems, and more are also covered.
This is a three-day training with an infield component in each session and is designed for ag service providers who want to increase their knowledge of agronomic concepts. This training can be an introduction for those who wish to attend the Certified Crop Adviser training and take the exam to obtain a CCA license.

REGISTRATION: Registration closes 2 weeks before the training start date. Any registrations from the initial close up to 5 days before the start will be assessed a $50 late registration fee. No registrations within 5 days of the training.  Any cancelations within 5 days of starting will be assessed a $75 cancelation fee. There will be no refunds given for no-shows.
