Creating Innovation that Affects the Bottom Line

Only nine percent of organizations rate themselves as excellent on successfully executing strategy and innovation as a means to achieving goals. Innovation is not an end, but a tool for companies in achieving these goals.

During this course, participants will:
  • Define what organizational innovation is and how it can contribute to visions and initiatives
  • Identify key cultural changes that are needed in your organization to foster innovation
  • Develop a plan for building a culture of innovation in your organization
