Dealing with Difficult Employees

All employees are not walking examples of perfection. Some are hostile, some are indecisive, some are inattentive to instructions and leadership, while others are extremely agreeable in every way, yet unproductive. In this course, you will focus on proven methods and approaches for dealing with difficult people and situations commonly found in the work environment.

This course will prepare you to develop and implement plans, techniques and behaviors which will improve relationships with difficult employees.

She specializes in the areas of interpersonal skills, solid and clearcommunication, and professional development. She has a strong interest in supporting people through growth and transition both personally andprofessionally. She is the Southeastern Regional Leader for the Internatinal Coaching Federation (ICF) and founder of the Coastal Carolinas Chapter of ICF.
