As part of our 21st Century Leadership Program, The University of South Florida office of Continuing Education is proud to present "Start your Journey into Global Leadership" with Gregg Morton, Managing Director and Site President for Citigroup.

Follow along with Gregg as he takes you through his career. As you follow Gregg on his journey, you will be asked to get to know yourself in preparation for a career as a leader in a global organization. Gregg will recount his rise to Managing Director for the largest global bank in the world and the key decision points he had to make throughout his journey. Gregg will also give you anecdotal, first-hand accounts of events and situations from the trenches that only someone with his experience can tell. Throughout this tale, you will be able to ask candid questions and get the wisdom, advice and feedback that until now only came from personal experience.

Gregg has mentored hundreds of leaders in his career. Now he wants to help guide you. The course is only 6 hours long but the learnings and wisdom will last a lifetime. This course is a necessary building block for anyone who is interested in a career in corporate leadership.
