Aquatic and Equivocal Death Investigation

Some of the most challenging death investigations are those open to more than one interpretation, that call into question the cause and manner of death. In some instances these deaths have been intentionally staged in order to mislead investigators.

This course is designed to draw attention to staged scenes and equivocal deaths, with special attention on water-related deaths and homicidal drownings. Numerous case histories will be presented throughout the course.
