Performance Appraisal Systems
Performance appraisal is linked to any number of organizational activities: pay and promotion, career planning, and training and development. However, the two processes of performance appraisal--observation and judgement--are plagued with biases. This course covers the role of performance appraisal in the human resource management process, design of performance, and problems of performance appraisal information.
