That is one reason raw bars showcase distinct varieties. This course will delve into the natural history of oysters and the growing industry of half-shell oysters. It will include tips for learning about raw oyster varietals, deepening appreciation for their variety, and the coastal waters where oysters grow. The lecture will also weave in nutrition information, food safety for shellfish consumers, and other interesting facts.
