Puttanesca pasta - there are several different theories about the exact origins of this beloved dish and how it came to be. Was it created in Rome or Naples, Italy; in a home kitchen; in a restaurant; or even in a bordello - and when, exactly? There are two things most people agree on: first, the name "Puttanesca" is a clear reference to the Ladies of the Evening; and second, and most importantly, when properly prepared, it is absolutely delicious. This class is a demonstration on how to prepare a flavorful and authentic version of Puttanesca pasta.
