Biography: RICH BUFFA has a lifelong love for good food and enjoys cooking. Hismother was a very talented Italian cook whose cooking skills rubbed off on him.Rich has also attended cooking classes, including several multi-sessioncourses.

This class uses a random draw waitlist selection for participation, with chosen participants being notified on January 27, 2026.

The various scallopine dishes, Marsala, Piccata, Francese, etc., have long been staples in Italian households as well as on neighborhood Italian restaurant menus. Rich Buffa will demonstrate how relatively simple it is to prepare and serve one of the favorites - Chicken Marsala.
