Course Title: (CUL108) A POPULAR ITALIAN FAVORITE: CHICKEN PARMIGIANA COOKING DEMONSTRATION

This class uses a random draw selection for participation, with participants being notified on September 22, 2025. If selected, you'll be notified and must pay a $23 supply fee to confirm your spot. If not selected, you'll be waitlisted and contacted if a space opens.

You can now find and make some favorite Italian dishes outside of traditional Italian restaurants. One such favorite, Chicken Parmesan, is served in places ranging from sandwich shops and diners to pubs, as well as many popular Italian restaurants. However, not all Chicken Parmigiana is created equal. In this demonstration, you will learn how to make a truly delicious version of this Italian classic that you'll be proud to serve to your family and friends.
