Course Title: (CUL202) AN ITALIAN FAVORITE_CHICKEN MARSALA

Please do not show up unless you've been confirmed and paid - stand by admittance is no longer allowed.The various scallopine dishes, Marsala, Piccata, Francese, etc., have long been staples in Italian households as well as on neighborhood Italian restaurant menus. These dishes are usually offered with chicken or veal and sometimes pork as an option. In this class, we're going with a Sicilian selection (or is it). Rich Buffa will demonstrate how relatively simple it is to prepare and serve one of the favorites - Chicken Marsala.
