Course Title: (HEA10826) FOUNDATIONS OF BONE DENSITY: ASSESSMENT, PREVENTION, AND STRENGTHENING
This course provides a comprehensive, evidence-informed look at how bone density changes across the lifespan and what supports long-term skeletal health. Participants explore how bones respond to movement, nutrition, hormones, and aging, and learn practical strategies that many clinicians and researchers use to address bone strength and osteoporosis risk. The class blends accessible science with movement demonstration designed to help participants understand how weight-bearing exercise, balance training, and posture work together to support bone health.
