In this fun, educational and flavorful class, Olive Oil Sommelier-Suzanne, will guide you through the fascinating history of olive oil and the essentials of following the Mediterranean Diet in your own daily life. You'll then explore a guided tasting of extra virgin olive oils-an enlightening progression that reveals the fruitiness, bitterness, and pungency that define truly great oils. Along the way, you'll enjoy fresh hummus, seasonal fall salads, and healthy nibbles.
