We are celebrating the 250th anniversary of the Revolution! Similarly, in 1825, Americans celebrated the 50th anniversary. The return visit to the U.S. by Marquis de Lafayette, the last surviving major general of the War of Independence, was one of the most celebrated events
of the 19th century. Join us as a Revolutionary War veteran talks about Lafayette's travels across Alabama and its significance to us.
