This course is a fun way to exercise and learn the fundamentals of line dancing. You will learn the names of over 25 steps and how to execute them. We will dance to all types of music: pop, country, contemporary, '50s and '60s. This course will give you the basics to continue dancing and join other beginner line dance classes. Save A Life Training combines high-quality CPR, AED, narcotic overdose and choking treatment training. It includes 'hands-on" training and is part of the American Heart Association training center. UA certificates are issued as proof of training. AHA cards are available if needed or wanted.
