Enjoy a Nordic walking excursion at Aldridge Gardens in
Hoover. Learn to use walking poles for a full-body workout,
then take a guided walk around the lake with the Gardens'
director of education, highlighting the gardens' beauty.
Poles provided; dress for the weather. Group Dutch-treat
